My signature herein releases all sponsors, officials, organizations or individuals from any and all liability in any form for any occurrence whatsoever from my participation in these events. I agree to submit to a polygraph examination if requested by the tournament director, understanding the results of the polygraph examination will be final. I further agree to abide by the rules of these tournaments without exception. I also understand that Trail of Dreams, or it’s agents, may be filming or photographing at various events, I hereby grant to Trail of Dreams (TOD), it’s legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, and or my boat/property in which I may be included without restriction. I hereby release TOD, it’s legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I have read the tournament rules and understand each of them. I have also presented a valid copy of my boat insurance at the time of registration which will be valid for the tournaments specified above. I further agree that I will never sue (Trail of Dreams) et al, or hold Trail of Dreams responsible for any damages or any injury I suffer or may suffer, whether known now or which may develop in the future. This agreement applies to these and any tournaments promoted by Trail of Dreams.
